What can we not say about this wonderful realtor?! If we could rate her higher we would. We used her to help us sell our home & to buy a new home. She was so responsive to our questions & concerns. She looked out for our needs & had our backs the entire time. Wonderful negotiator with the selling agent & builder of our new home. Perla was a fantastic realtor. I moved from across the country and did not know a whole lot about the area and where to buy so she was very helpful with that. The house I fell in love with sold before I was able to tour it but things fell through and Perla found out before it went back on the market and we were able to snag it. She has been very helpful and knowledgeable through the entire process and I highly recommend her. I have even recommended her to all my friends who are currently looking to buy.

.i originally was going to work with a different realtor to sell my home. Id bought through it through them and really liked the experience. My wife suggested a second opinion when the realtor suggested selling for what i paid for it nearly ten years ago (after putting nearly 20k work into it. Dear Lord am i glad i got the second opinion! Perla got us 50k more than the other realtor and because she actually believed the home's value, we had multiple offers in a few days. We ended up selling above asking price and loved working with Perla! She is also from my hometown, and was every bit as good as id hoped!
