Perla was an amazing agent!! She was so responsive and punctual, and also patient with us and all our questions with purchasing our first home. Perla did a great job in accessing the value of the home and pricing the home at the appropriate market and season. She was helpful with all of our questions with regards to the contract, closing, and title documents. And she was helpful what needed to be done in order to prepare the home for the market.
